Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Time Frame: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Full Refund: Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for a 100% refund of the order value.

How to Cancel:

Cancellation After 24 Hours

Order Processing: After 24 hours, orders enter the processing stage and may be preparing for shipment.

Cancellation Requests:

We cannot guarantee cancellations after the initial 24-hour period.
If you wish to cancel after 24 hours, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Partial Refunds: If the order has not yet shipped, a partial refund may be possible, minus any processing fees incurred.

Shipped Orders
In-Transit Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Cancellable Items

Custom Products: Orders for custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has begun.


Refund Process
